I like it, including the all white decor but not sure I'd pay nearly 2 million for a terraced house even if I had that kind of money.

It's got a lot of living space but I think I would find it annoying not having a toilet on the main living floor.

I’m aware it’s terraced but it still has 2 front doors. Look on the floor plan. I’ve attached a screenshot but I don’t know if it will appear straight away.

If you look at the satellite view, the boathouse is under the ‘b’ of Sunbury Amateur Regatta, just across the river from the Walton Water Treatment Plant.

Would not buy it due to the lack of onsite parking for that price.
