To hear neighbours at night time?

So basically since my neighbour began seeing someone on Fridays and weekends I can hear them both talk very loudly, music playing and also hear them having sex.

Its strange as I usually don't hear anything on that side and she has young kids.

But when the guy is here I can hear his voice sat in my living room (my entrance and hallway is next to her living room).

Sometimes it keeps me up the whole night.

AIBU to mention this to her? I don't want to
embarrass her.

If you can hear music at unsociable hours I'd probably speak to her and ask her to turn it down after 11pm or something. Do not mention the shagging.

How loud is it and does it really go on all night? If it's not that loud, it's just that you're a light sleeper have you tried ear plugs (Beary Quiet are good)? If it is that loud and it really disrupts you then you'll need to mention it. I'd do it sooner than later in case he moves it and it increases in frequency. "Morning neighbour, can I just mention that things are getting quite loud on a Friday, it's disrupting my sleep, any chance you could be quieter after 11pm please?" when you see her next time.
