To prefer AI Gemini to Chat GPT?

I tried Chat GPT today and was kind of disappointed. I think I prefer Gemini. Does anyone else prefer Gemini?

Only used chat GPT for personal use (and co-pilot at work). I think you just get used to one type, I don’t want to change.

Not keen on ChatGPT probably because got put off by the early rubbish version. Moved to Perplexity, liked that. But tried Gemini this week and now that’s my default as it was more accurate on the questions I asked.

Prefer Gemini. You can make it think properly not just give you the first thing it finds. I've done some incredible photo restorations with it, no need for fancy software and getting it to research a rare item was brilliant. I like the gems so you can personalise it too.

I've used chatgpt and Gemini a lot in work and life but I've recently started using Claude as well and it's hands down the best AI I've used. It blows chatgpt out the water for understanding and document creation

Gemini hallucinates.

Put in a list of 100 names, and some information like... How many of 3types of vegetable theynall ate over 2 weeks

E.g
Sam smith. 5 carrots, 10 cabbage, 4 potatoes
Joseph Francis 6 carrots, 0 cabbage, 16 potatoes
Connie Bramble 12 carrots, 42 cabbage, 2 potatoes

Etc..

Then ask it something like... Tell me the top 5 people who ate the most carrots

It will come back with an random entry like Charlie Spencer in the list, even though neither the words Charlie or Spencer are in the data you provided ...

It's bizarre! We had to stop using it for analysis at work!
