AIBU to think sending our children to nursery is not as safe as we were led to believe? Am sat her in disbelief that a woman can do these things. What has gone wrong in society that she would want to do such vile things to children and babies?

My son hated nursery and I felt such guilt for sending him. Now that guilt is worse. They can't tell us what happens when so young!

We really do not need people like this in the world 😡!
She needs a compulsory hysterectomy. Sadly that won't stop her abusing other children. I don't know what the answer is, but it's frightening how often this occurs. Everyone thinks it's always the men. It really isn't and I think that's why a lot of women get away with it.

I’ve actually been avoiding reading that story. My children were at nursery but stories like this just give me a sinking feeling that they basically institutions and it’s situation that leaves your children open to abuse and ill treatment.

I don’t know what the answer is. But yes it’s shocking, in particular, that a woman can do this.

I cried about this tonight OP. It seems rife now. I’m currently pregnant and the thought of sending DC next year at 11 months feels horrendous now. The thought someone could be hurting them and they couldn’t say or use their words sends actual shivers down my spine.
