To think I've had my last period?

I'm 51 and according to the app on my phone my last period was 64 days ago.

Is that it now?

Agree with everyone else, 64 days is nothing.

I'm 56. At 50 they went down to every 3 months, At 52/53 they went down to every 6 months. Finally, I had my last one January 2025 and nothing since, so I've passed the 12 month mark now. At last!!

That said, apparently my mum and sisters periods just stopped one day and that was it.

You won't know until it's been at least a year.

Mine stopped for 10 months and then bang, another one with full PMT symptoms. I’m nearly 60 and on HRT.

GP thinks my ovaries are having a final fling, but I’ve got a scan booked jyst to check there’s nothing else going on.

I'm 51 and last had a period in June 25, I'm awaiting the big comeback any time now.

I was having one every 3 to 5 months up till June of last year, I thought I was out of the woods, then bam, one in Feb and now another in march. I am 55, and sick to death of it.😭😡
