I picked my niece up from school today and saw her with my own eyes, my sister and her husband have spoken about her in the past. IABU to think this is appropriate in a school with impressionable young children?

What does her chest size have to do with you or anyone else for that matter? Does that affect her ability to be able to teach a child

Oh this has just brought back memories of training to a lifeguard and people trying to do this exactly!
That and trying to find swimming costumes which aren’t indecent - still an issue for proper swimming!

And this is one of the reasons I had a breast reduction...people thinking it was appropriate to stare, make comments and laugh just because I had (real) 34K boobs

No. The only problem is people sexualising a woman’s body as if she should be hidden away. Raise children to understand bodies come in all shapes and sizes and it doesn’t mean anything other than exactly that.
