First weekend with no children

its early days in the separation process and my children will be with their father from Friday to Sunday. I've never had a weekend without them before, I feel unsure how it's going to feel, how I will spend the time, will I feel relaxed, will I be anxious! It's all so new aibu

You need to fill your time.

Have you got friends you can meet on Saturday for lunch or drinks? Out of the house and distracted.

Can you go the gym?

Clean the house and then chill with a movie?

I think it partly depends how old they are? Younger probably more anxious but more opportunity to do things you can’t do with them.
