You've not actually given us an explanation to agree or disagree with. All we've had so far is Letby's case has been outstanding a year, which does not tell us what you think the reason is.

I think the reason is it’s a complex case. Usually it would be sorted within a year. But in this case it hasn’t been.

The reason a solicitor hasn’t “swooped in to save the day” is because it’s a complex case, is that what you meant?

So with that in mind... why would a hotshot lawyer or solicitor not having swooped in be relevant then, and how would swooping be possible?

Because we surely all agree that a CCRC case like this couldn't be made not complex. There's going to be so much more material to look at than there would be in a lot of cases, as well as all the politics and publicity. It must need really substantial resources.

Be confused. I know how it works. I know the size of her team and the lead lawyer is a human rights specialist (Forgot his name) I know they are building a case and it will need new evidence which is going to be their issue and not disproving the experts. So why would I make the comment I made? I mean I know the answer. But I can’t tell you. Because you were rude and unpleasant. End of.

CCRC can put something in for review. The courts need to accept it as far as my knowledge takes me.
