i know this is not really an AIBU but I want to post in places with a high footfall. Please feel free to share this elsewhere.

i am an assessor for learn direct and am owed over £10,000 from them. A group of other assessors are in the same position.

This suggests they are in financial difficulty so if you are looking for online study options avoid signing up in case you lose your money.

if you are a student you will have probably noticed delays in your work getting marked. The assessors- contractors- are leaving in their dozens now.

I used to work at LD before the buyout, and it was a shitshow even then. In your shoes I’d email WJvR and tell him that if you do not receive payment immediately you will have no other option than to report them to the Awarding Body and the SFA. Good luck!
