Massive difference in child axis on glasses prescription in 3 weeks should I be concerned.

First prescription was cyl 0.50 and axis 20.
Second prescription 0.50 and axis 119 in 3 weeks. I have come to understand that a difference this big is very unusual and therfore one of them is likely to be wrong.

Will this worsen my childs myopia? I now dont know which one is correct!
