Scratch - what should I do?

My 20 month fell over on a gravel path yesterday and got this scratched on his nose. It looks a bit dipped and I’m worried it might scar. Any thoughts or recommendations for what to do?

Keep it covered with a plaster and a tiny bit of Savlon. It will be fine.

If it wasn't a deep enough scratch to require stitches, it's very unlikely to scar.
Scabs always look worse before they start to look better. You don't need to do anything.

It probably will scar but that will fade the older he gets. My DCs are covered in marks but as they get older they get less and less visible. DS did something similar on his forehead and the mark is still there 6m down the line but not as obvious.

I've stopped counting the scars on my 4 yo... They'll fade, there is nothing to do.

If he hasn't had it yet, wait to see what chickenpox does!

I’d not worry about. Even if it does scar it’ll fade. He’ll have plenty more to come.
