The terrible acting on dogs behaving badly

Anyone else get irrationally wound up by the terrible acting and fakeness on Dogs Behaving Badly?

This week a woman with a lab, just happens to be passing a bin when she suddenly notices Graham has turned up behind her so she walks the dog back past the bin - giving it as much lead as possible, walking as close to the bin as possible which just happens to have food hanging out of it which naturally the dog grabs 🙄

Dog steals picnics … so they take it to a park where actors people are eating picnics - let it off lead like you do - dog attacks picnic and the actors family all make half arsed attempts to protect their (luckily, dog friendly) food

Another one, dog has habit of stealing stuff off kitchen side - so when Graham turns up they just happen to have a bacon sandwhich sat on the edge of the counter then act all dramatic when dog inevitably grabs it 🙄

it pisses me off, If your dog chases footballs - don’t let it off lead around footballs! If your dog nicks stuff off the sides, stop leaving it in reach! It’s not rocket science! And stop the ridiculous actors or at least be honest that the scenes have been set up

I think maybe get out in the nicer weather today and get some perspective op? It's just tv

I saw a clip of that on social media op.

I eye rolled for the reasons you said. I have a food obsessed Labrador. I wouldn’t walk her offlead close to picnic-ers and I’d give a wide berth to bins with food hanging out.

If I did the as the clip showed she do exactly the same. Is she a bad dog? No. I just have to engage my brain around food when we’re out.

Exactly! My dog would take a bacon sandwich off the side if I was daft enough to leave it in her reach! I wouldn’t pay £700 an hour for a celebration dog trainer to tell me how to handle it 😂
