I can't don't believe everything that is all over social media about this stuff. There are conspiracy theorists every where I look. The Selena Gomez video, the Britney Spears clone theories, maxwell (although I don't beleive that is truly her on those recent mugshots unless she got a nose job inside) .......has the world gone mad

I know there is some pretty horrific things coming out of the Epstein files but where is all this nonsense coming from?

Yes, it turns out that the world is run by disgusting people (mostly men), politicians, billionaires and high profile people of all affiliations. It's a lot and most of them will likely go un-investigated.

However, the snowstorm of Epstein truths will have fuelled a thousand conspiracy theorists to push their own agenda into the mainstream and make it seem more credible.

I truly believe that when horrific truths come to light, such as the abuse and torture in the epstien files, the rich and powerful pay for ridiculous stories to be leaked as well so they can discredit the whole lot.

People are writing crap because others click on it and they make money

Celebrities are being used as a scapegoat. As a group, celebrities have nothing to do with the horrific behaviour in the Epstein Files (and it's worth pointing out the Epstein Files contain a lot of innocuous data as well.)

Many celebrities are pretty rich, but unlike the political and business elite, celebrities don't become wealthy from actively exploiting and harming others. In their roles as actors and musicians, they are workers who get VERY high salaries - either because they're popular or because their artistic work is popular.

Even if some people think they are overpaid (I don't think that) celebrities are not oppressing and exploiting the masses. Some celebrities as individuals are probably terrible people, just like you find with any group. But as a group celebrities are not a collective of evil, sinister, abusive people. They are not enemies of the general public. They add value to many people's lives by give them joy and pleasure through their work.

I think that political and business elites look down on celebrities (whatever they may say in public) and hope to re-direct people's anger from themselves to celebrities (who don't deserve public anger) by encouraging and fostering insane and untrue stories about them.
