To think I've been shadow banned from Waitrose?

Since Christmas I have been unable to book a delivery on the app. I just get a message that says "unfortunately there are no slots available please try again tomorrow".

I did complain to customer services about some out of date food they sold in store which I didn't notice until I got home. Have I been added to a list??

I wouldn’t have thought so. Contact their help service and ask why appointment slots are not showing for you. You could also try deleting the app and reinstalling it to see if that helps. Also, try booking on their website instead.

Thanks have tried the last two and will contact customer service (it is a bit suss to me that this happened immediately after my complaint but I suppose coincidences exist).

Create a new account and see if suddenly there's slots.
