How to encourage independent playing at home

My 3-year-old ( just turned 3 a week ago ) doesn’t play independently very much but she follows multi-step instructions, shares, waits her turn, and engages in hours of imaginative play when I’m in the same room and work on my laptop or loves to involve us in her imaginative playing . She can take no and can self regulate to go to bed and with transitions without too much of a problem .

She plays independently at playgroups and follow the activities .

She never hit , snatched or pushed .

Tantrums getting more frequent

THere are days or weeks when she doesn’t touch her toys at all and doesn’t play alone at all and follow us around

She is the sort of kid who lets other kids go on the slide first even when it is her turn and asks permission to get up from the table when she done eating . She always follows through if we tell her no and very gentle and caring towards kids and animals .

she has her moments like if she can’t do something she easily give up with moaning and whining

Is it reason for concern that at home she doesn’t want to play
