I’ve been sticking to going to the gym twice a week since the middle of last year. I usually spend at least an hour, usually more. I do a warm up on the treadmill or bike and then a full body workout using a variety of machine and some free weights. I struggle to go any more due to work and kids and on the odd week I’ve managed 3 sessions I find myself getting bored. Twice a week is still relatively enjoyable for me!
But is it actually doing any good? I don’t feel much fitter and I haven’t lost weight. Is it actually worth it?
