To be in awe of the winter olympians?

No only are they are athletic, they can do it all on a dangerpus surface and make it look effortless.
I am especially taken with the figure skating with their artistic and theatrical finese too.

They make it look very easy and very effortless (when it’s not either of those).

I am in awe of most elite sports people to be honest. It's not a life that lots of people would choose but it's wonderful to watch the absolute best in the world at these things.

The whole family were sitting slack-jawed at the woman’s big air. I had no idea this existed. It’s incredible.

I watched a video reel of figure skating couples where the guy was twisting the woman around his head and the throwing her into a spin which she lands skating backwards and the comment were along with the lines of, "in any other sport she'd be wearing a crash helmet" but instead she's skating in little more than a swimming costume! It's insane!

I watched the 12.5km mens pursuit this morning. I didn't take my eyes off it, it was so good. I never knew I was so fascinated by winter sports

I think the incredible scenery is helping! I'm not brave enough to attempt skiing or snowboarding so watching these amazing athletes in THAT background is the closest I'm ever going to get
