TV at breakfast time, 8 and 4 year olds

I’m thinking it probably needs ditching?

DS is 3.5. We have a no TV in the morning apart from at the weekend rule. He gets 30-60 minutes in the evening depending on behaviour (we’ve started a reward chart system where he can earn or lose 5 minutes at a time, with 30 minutes as the starting point and 60 minutes as the maximum). Some evenings he doesn’t watch any, though, if we’re busy or he gets absorbed in playing instead.
