To feel bad for Eni Aluko but to tell her to stop doing bloody podcasts?!

football fans will be better able to comment but from a life experience standpoint, why is she talking so much?

The men on the podcast she was on don’t care about her, you could tell from their face - ironic given that she is an advocate for women - just leave it, and offer an apology and try to get sponsorship work

maybe start your own YouTube commentary channel, that isn’t aligned with dodgy funding, ie gb news

I don't feel sorry for her. She's embarrassing herself and I suspect she is going down the Piers Morgan route of being controversial to drive more followers. It is highly likely that her career in mainstream punditry is over because of her comments.

Her argument appears to be that the more caps you have, the bigger your right to punditry. She's talking shite, there's a lot of excellent pundits out there who have never kicked a ball in their lives.

She's embarrassing herself but she's also setting a terrible example for women generally.

She is the author of her own misfortune.

Agreed! It is becoming embarrassing

She’s kinda gone full Kanye tbh, that statement from the player with lots of caps (sorry, not sure of her name) saying that it’s about increasing viewers, not excluding men, is a nail in eni’s coffin

shame, she’s probably the most visible black woman (bar maybe Lauren James and the young girl who scored for England) in the sport 😬

I follow football via ds. She comes across as thick/uninformed. I have no idea why she has such a high profile!

She's doing women such a disservice and I don't feel a bit sorry for her. What she did to Ian Wright was disgraceful. He has done so much to promote women's football and I'm glad he didn't accept her fake apology.

Laura Woods summed it up perfectly.
