To think that Trump supporters are becoming less vocal

Up until very recently Trump Supporters were quick to put their hand up in solidarity with him.

AIBU to think it's getting harder for even the die hard supporters to publicly support him?

Are you talking about people in the US, or are you talking about the Trump cheerleaders here in the UK?

I think most Americans knew what he was when they voted for him, didn't they?

I'm not convinced that he will be losing much support because of the racism, the misogyny or the steps that he has been taking to dismantle American democracy etc. That would all have been priced in before the election.

I think he is losing support because of the economy. Americans are not feeling better off, even though Trump keeps telling them that they've never had it so good.

I do think the Trump cheerleaders in the UK may have become a bit less vocal. Perhaps the reality of what Trump stands for has become a bit clearer to them, and they've realised that there are bits of it that they don't like that much after all.

I'm hoping that watching the nightmare in the US unfold will make at least some UK voters think twice about voting for Reform UK.

I really hope you're right. Reform, like MAGA, is the party of the dirty billionaire elites.

As an aside, this interview is such an eye opener regarding the type of people who still embrace that shite:

Enjoy the videos and music that you love, upload original content and share it all with friends, family and the world on YouTube.

I am truly hoping somebody might be game to admit to still endorsing Trump. I would love to have the chance to ask a few questions.

Reform/MAGA are to democracy what those pop up "virus scanners" you get on the internet are to computers:

"your computer has been ifnected! Click now to get rid of virus. Do not delay or your copmuter security will be compromised!!!"

They presumably do work on a number of people

Well I wonder how the next Epstein deflection tactic - THAT vile racist post about the Obamas will land.

Are there any Trump supporters out there willing to tell us what you think of this?

The complete silence on this thread from previously, vocal Trump supporters on MN is quite telling. Not a single defensive post.

Its people who openly celebrated the fact he was "antiwoke"/"a breath of fresh air"/"anti feminist" based on things like his grab them by the pussy comment (and the actual rape case against him).

Americans are finding out that owning the libs is very costly. It's costing them their jobs, businesses, homes, farms, food and medical benefits.

It is indeed, it seems that the staunch still excuse all of that though.
