UTI?

Hi, i woke up this morning with a UTI- I’ve had
in the past, I know what they feel like. I called my doctors he said I had to go to the pharmacy who then sent me away so I went back to my GP did a dipstick sample which showed

blood in urine +
luek ++

I’m feeling more unwell as the day is going on now pain in my leg and I feel flush. I’ve been told I don’t need antibiotics and I have to wait for the culture test results? Has anybody else had this before? I’ve always had antibiotics prescribed every time I have symptoms

@Samcj02I used the service over the Christmas period as I had absolutely no chance of getting a GP appointment. Took no more than 10 mins 🙂

Thank you so much for this my GP wants to wait for my culture results to come back but I can’t wait that long in pain!

How are you feeling today? Have you tried anything to lessen the symptoms?

Hi I woke up feeling worse this morning and a physician at my drs called me back today to apologise for the dr yesterday and that tye duty doctor today will get my prescription sent to the pharmacy!
I’ve been drinking lots to flush it out but not much improvement unfortunately.
