Help!! What is this rash??

So I know I am BU to post here, but I can’t get my daughter a doctors appointment until next week. I’m going to see if the pharmacist can help, but she is on a school trip all day tomorrow, so it’ll have to be Friday.

Does anyone know what this rash could be? It’s on both inner thighs. It’s an area she has previously had eczema. DD is 10.

Any help would be much appreciated. Have applied epiderm but it hasn’t helped.

eczema can appear as pinpricks
id give an anti-histamine
could be contact dermatitis or where her thighs are rubbing
Keep an eye obviously

And another…

It's what we used to call spreethe,usually cause by sweat or not drying properly after showering and getting sore. I'd suggest Sudacreme or CeraVe and pharmacist of it doesn't clear up.
