I have to interpret less than perfect ECGs all the time @PrismRain. You’ll know that for an agitated or confused patient it can be impossible to get a clear trace but you try to interpret what is available. And despite being blurry and angled it still a decent enough view to make lots of judgments and rule out major pathology. Obviously this is all a moot point as it’s a just a random internet post and the OP should be discussing with their clinician.
