Not only the royal family but politicians as well, in bed with Epstein. Pun intended.

Epstein a convicted paedophile!

I would have said it’s all men but apparently Sarah Ferguson was completely up Epstein’s arse.

I absolutely despair.

Its vile. Across the political spectrum. And it has been ever thus. And they all protect each other. May they rot in hell for what they have done to those poor girls.

Angaelliptical · 03/02/2026 23:19

It’s absolutely vile. It’s really getting under my skin. These are privileged people being monsters. That photo of Andrew kneeling over a young woman makes my skin crawl.

Now we have Mendleson implicated and proof that he shared government information with Epstein, unfucking believable.

What do you mean by 'our country'? Are you suggesting this is a UK problem? Every country has awful people but statistically the UK is one of the least corrupt countries in the world and our human rights, including attitudes to women, are also statistically some of the most moral in the world. Let's not go down the tabloid route of claiming it's a UK issue, it absolutely is not.

They live in a different world to us.

They need to rein it in and understand that we’ve had enough. There needs to be some level of basic fairness and lower inequality for a society to hold together at all. Sadly I don’t think many of our elites grasp this simple fact. The only thing that’s protecting them now is sheer population size.

justinhawkinsnavalfluff · 04/02/2026 00:38

That makes it ok then.

The Robert Maxwell connection is a sort of germinator for all of the shit popping up now. I mean, of course corruption and debauchery goes way beyond him and will always have a role in our collective human experience. But if you're looking at Epstein and... well, EVERY fucker involved, the link to Robert Maxwell is the reason this is, in present time, a UK problem.

Yes and that's why it's getting so much coverage. It's highly unusual in this country so it's getting attention. In huge swathes of Africa, Asia, South America and parts of Europe this behaviour is to them, perfectly normal and acceptable. This happened in the US and there are men implicated from all over the place. Guiffre was trafficked to hundreds of men. The only one that she went after and that gets coverage is AMW. Think about why...? He happened to be from the UK but where are the hundreds from?

If the thing you take from all of this horrific shitshow is that 'our country' has a problem, it is very very odd!

The UK is becoming more and more corrupt and is a major destination for international money laundering. I thought that was well known.

Perfidious Albion and Old Corruption.

peanutbuttertoasty · 04/02/2026 14:50

The globalists be global. It’s not just the UK obviously. Though the UK is either becoming much more corrupt or the mask is slipping.

magicalmadmadamim · 05/02/2026 08:26

The UK is absolutely corrupt, just not as blatantly as some countries.

Mistyglade · 05/02/2026 08:28

It’s almost as if the world is run by a cabal of billionaire paedophiles.

Skybunnee · 05/02/2026 08:39

I think it’s relatively new that American billionaires are tinkering in our politics. I mean we used to have Russian Spies but now it’s out of hand.
Also there are soo many billionaires now and trillionaires. Making money from their money. So it just increases.

Raspberrymoon49 · 05/02/2026 08:46

No new news, corruption has always run rife in positions of power regardless of geography and that won’t change

Serenity75 · 05/02/2026 08:59

everything to do with the Epstein situation is disgusting and despicable. Every single person involved should be held to account, publicly judged and jailed. They won’t be of course because money rules as it has always done. I do think though that this is just a situation where the mask has slipped.

The ruling elites have been disgusting, self serving and corrupt from the moment their cave man ancestors decided to live off the back of other peoples labour. This isn’t new or a sign that things are worse than they used to be, more a sign that digital communications are less easy to hide.

Churchill caused the death of millions because he thought Indians were less important than white people. Lloyd George sold peerages for cash, Gladstone or one of the other Victorian prime ministers used to dress up as and stalk teenage sex workers. Power corrupts and it always has, it’s just less well hidden in this case.

the current powerful will be hiding what they are up to better and not emailing about it!

A fair few of our skyscrapers in london are the result of cleaning dirty money. It’s just how it is.

ThisNewViewer · 05/02/2026 12:45

The love of money is the root of all evil.

I used to think that was a trite phrase but the older I get and the more I know, I believe it's true.

I'm still wrapping my head around how casually and how often, people who were well-off themselves seemed to ask for money. And large sums too. And how they didn't seem to think it inappropriate or taking the piss in any way.

I have heard lottery winners say the same, that once people know you have a lot of money. they seem to think you should give them some.

It seems that this desire for money is why so many people apparently lost their morals or just don't have any when there is a chance they can make a few quid out of cosying up to vile people.

I listened to Maxwells interviews last year and was not particularly stunned by her claiming to not know anything bad and claiming no-one she knew ever did anything bad apart from Epstein. I was stunned by the sheer vastness of their circle and how easy it seemed to be for them to access politicians, presidents, ex-presidents, world leaders, the vatican..

Money really does talk.

Angaelliptical · 05/02/2026 13:29

Whilst money is the root of all evil, men and sex appear to feature prominently alongside money.

Of course.

But many of the people willing to turn a blind eye to CSA often appear to be motivated by money and not sex.

Try Google. As I said it was fairly well known. London’s housing market is linked to money laundering and small ‘businesses’ up and down the country run by foreigners - barbers shops and the like. There was also the very infamous FinCEN scandal from 2020 about big bank involvement. I think there was another, called Pandora Papers, from around that time too?
