Please advise me. The person is my husband. Just now DD doing homework and I get an email and was about to tell her something I was thinking of booking for her birthday but obviously not the right time as she will get distracted so I said I’ll tell u in a few mins. DH sitting at the desk mimics me in a horrible tone and muttering under his breath that I’m really childish! I asked him what he means but then thought not to ask will upset DD. She left the room a d I tried talking to him but he refuses. So I think he thought I was trying to hide something from him? I’m really fed up of him and feel free to read previous threads I think I wrote one under this username before.

I can’t deal with the childish attitude. Funny thing is he’s very high up in seniority in his company! I e heard him talking in work calls and he sounds like such a professional guy and I’m shocked sometimes hearing the difference. With me he’s childish and never says what he’s thinking but just keeps me guessing for the reason of his latest sulk. I can’t do this anymore.

I think you are right OP, your husband is being childish. You have done nothing wrong. You deserve a husband who is kind and loving and treats you with respect. You have to decide what to do. Would your husband be up for relationship counselling?

So he keeps you guessing as to how you have displeased him, gives you the silent treatment and mutters insults directed at you, sometimes when your child is in the room? There is a c word for your husband, OP, and it isn't 'childish'. He knows how to behave like an adult and speak to people with respect when he has to. He sounds emotionally abusive.
