Vinted in post delays!

Has anyone recently had issues with in post?

I have 4 parcels that have been bouncing from one depot & then back again for 2 weeks already!
A recent notification has stated the parcels are delayed with an estimated 1 month delivery date?

I had post like this when we had heavy snow in arly jan. Showed theyd be a moth late but here at rhe end of the 2nd week

This happened to me and it was basically because the locker was full. It was out for delivery for days. I guess there has to be a spot at the point the delivery van rocks up, which apparently is not the same van as the pick up!

One I sold did this last month. It took over 2 weeks. I don't believe it was actually moving - it went between 2 depots then said locker full for about 5 days running. It did arrive eventually.

I have and I believe the only reason I believe things got moving was because I was like a dog with a bone at evri once I’d got passed the bot stage of discussions. I’m totally convinced every would have just counted them as lost otherwise. So far I’ve managed to recover 3 successfully and got them to the buyer. But I’m quite prepared to also think equally it’s just luck

The last 2 items I’ve bought haven’t arrived, one was Royal Mail which I bought in November and wasn’t refunded for until January, and the other is In Post which I bought 3 weeks ago and has been stuck at the sorting office since 16th Jan.

am in chat bot purgatory with both in post and vinted, vinted saying they won’t look at it until after 25th Feb and in post only wanting to deal with them directly.

has put me off buying from them for sure…

I don’t suspect it to be due to full lockers as they tend to inform you of this.

my parcels had been collected on 16th Jan & everyday since in the tracking info it leaves the sorting Facility & then returns to deport. This has been everyday.

Vinted has messaged to say delivery is taking longer than expected and if not received by 20th Feb, I have 2 days to raise an issue!

This relates to 4 separate orders from 4 different sellers & locations, so I’m guessing it’s not a one off lost parcel!

I can only assume the issue is with my local depot but have no way of knowing how to trace all these missing orders??

I'm not saying that the locker was full but I have pages and pages of the attached tracking, on repeat. I don't think they attempted delivery; it just rode around in a van for ages and driver put that every day because it's an easy out.

I was next to the lockers when I got a notification that a parcel couldn’t be delivered as all full. Not only did I then find a locker to post a parcel myself, there was also a wide open locker! They clearly had made no attempt.

Same… this is one of the 4 parcels, all stating the same boomerang effect!

I sold one in December that ended up being lost. Thankfully my buyer was understanding and it wasn't a huge issue as other than the delay being annoying we were both reimbursed anyway.
