How can I put down my 17 week old LG in her cot to sleep?

Honestly, there’s no real answer to this. It does happen as they get older but at 17 weeks all of mine wanted to contact nap. The best thing I ever did was buy a sling to put them in so I could get on with household things.

Some more info on your current routine might help with getting some helpful answers.

We just breastfed to sleep at that age and put her down asleep.

She is breastfed but i literally express milk and give it to her by bottle, she naps in her cot during days at max time of 1 hour. For three weeks now she needs contact nap at night

Sounds like the 4 month sleep regression. It's a case of riding it out unfortunately 😕
