I am looking for recommendations for collagen that has improved joint pain and mobility. Obviously if you’ve had added benefits such as skin/digestive benefits then I’d be glad to hear those too 😁

He said collagen is a load of absolute bollox, he told me remain focused on a healthy balanced diet and all I need will be in there.

GPs say that about vitamins too and yet so many people are deficient in Vitamins D, B12 and iron it's getting ridiculous. It's also well known that our soil is slowly becoming deficient in minerals and we can't guarantee we get all our needs met via diet alone.

I really wish people wouldn't come on to these threads and say it's a scam. Until you know people's medical records you haven't a clue. Maybe OP/others can't absorb the protein via the solids route and need it dissolved, similar to B12 absorption via injection. You just don't know.

GPS absolutely shouldn’t be saying that essential vitamins are bollocks. The NHS literally has recommended intakes for them. Unlike collagen.
