How do you turn the bastard things off whilst still keeping the app working?

My son refuses to put it on because of the notifications and I dont blame him.

Before anyone says I shouldn't be stalking him. I dont. It is for a particular reason and apart from the notifications, he's happy to use it. He tracks us as well.

Just go to your phone settings, select apps and then life 360. There should be a "notifications' drop down. Just change it to "not allowed"

Then it doesnt work. Unless I'm being really thick
