How many times a week do you actively play outside with your little ones? Do they often use their bike/ scooter to adventure?

Not very often at the moment - but he is outside at forest nursery 15 hours a week so I don’t feel too bad!

Mine went outdoors every day unless it was actually tipping down. Lots of bike and scooter trips in the drizzle when little 🙄

We are outside for at least a few hours every day, more on a weekend, we have a dog which does force it even if the weather isn’t amazing. My daughter prefers to just run, looking for squirrels, worms, birds, flowers😂 she does sometimes use her bike though

Every day. Half hour walk with the dog before school, twenty minutes to school on either bike or scooter and the same home, then another walk with the dog after dinner. Usually takes skateboard if the weather is decent.
Weekends we do longer dog walks and either go to the allotment or for walks to somewhere specific.
Football on Saturdays, walk half hour there half hour back, on top of the dog walk and whatever else we do.

They get a chunk of outside time every day but this is almost entirely walking to where we need to be, playtime at school, moving between sites for school, PE and after school clubs. In this weather I don't actively play with them outside and we don't go to the playground.

In the better weather, they get all the normal stuff plus active play and trips to the playground etc.
