to be planning to take 15 year old sister for a night out?

There is a club in town that allows 16 year olds in if they don't drink till 11, and I know it well as I used to be there around three times a week in the pre baby days. I first went to a proper 18+ nightclub at 16 and my other sister at 14, and no harm came to us and we didn't have a much older sister and all her friends watching out for us. Those were some of the best nights of my life, getting drunk off two pints of cider (at 90p each!) chatting up unsuitable boys, listening to loud rock music and posing in the kind of ripped up glam punk clothes you can only get away with when you are skinny, young and carefree. The question is: do I risk letting my baby sister get up to all that? Is it better to let her sneak off and do it with her mates? Or should I be responsible and let her go out but not talk to boys or drink or wear daft clothes?

She might be really boring anyway, shes dead sensible.

YANBU I take my 15 year old DSD out clubbing and I took my sister out when she was 14.

YANBU my dsis used to bring me out partying/clubbing with her when I was about 15 (I looked 20 admittedly). It made me want to be sophisticated with my own mates and I never drank myself into a stupor and puked all over iyswim, I wanted to be grown up because i had seen the way grown ups behaved.

i think lissy meant they are allowed in if they don't drink but have to leave by 11.

YANBU, My friend and I took her sister out clubbing at that age. It's better that she gets introduced to it with someone older and responsible in my opinion. Go for it and have a good night!
