What’s this rash?

Noticed this last week on son but thought it was a scratch as didn’t look closely. Now closely it’s fluid filled blisters. Does this look like shingles?

It does look a bit shingle-y

So this is still there! Hasn’t changed. Not itchy but I think I’ll make an appt at Dr’s as no idea what it is! Warts maybe?
