Has anyone tried this?
I just keep seeing it advertised as being an effective way for women over 50 to exercise and get in shape.
I'm just curious as to whether anyone has tried it and whether it actually works.
I need something low impact because my joints are a bit dodgy nowadays (no more mosh pits for me!) and need something I can do at home as my work hours make going to classes tricky.
