I’m lucky enough to live in a nice , reasonably priced flat and have a good landlord.
Dropped my friend off to a house viewing today. Photos on the website looked like it was in great condition and a lovely garden.
Pulled outside and the front garden was a pigsty. My friend was shocked viewing it and showed me the photos. Walls caked in black mould top to bottom and carpets all stained and damp. They were asking for £850 which is expensive in our town (up north).
AIBU to think some of these landlords/estate agents are taking the utter piss falsely advertising properties on these adverts?
I felt bad for my friend who had travelled far to view it and also took a morning off work.
