Urgent number needed for BA in New York

Hi, travelled to NY today to discover that our hotel has been cancelled by BA. We have not had any communication from BA and have tried many numbers to the no luck. Does anyone have a number from BA when they travelled to NY, they should have texted one today but didn’t. Thank you! I know not an AIBU but hoping for a swift response. Thank you!
