AIBU to think that common sense isn't really that common?

Well, we all think that what's best to do is bleedin' obvious, but we don't all have the full picture so our inferences are much more limited than we suppose. We are also taking into account different values and looking at situations from either more abstract, or more granular, perspectives.

It's an irregular verb...

I have common sense
You have a series of questionable biases, due to never having met this situation before, and not having thought through all the issues
He is a blinkered small minded idiot/racist/thick so doesn't get it
They have their heads in the clouds and haven't considered the most important facts
...etc etc !
