I’ve been invited to interview for a Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager role (education sector). I’m confident in my experience but I’d love any practical interview tips from people who’ve interviewed for QA / compliance / governance-type roles or sat on interview panels for similar positions.
Things like questions that commonly come up, how best to evidence impact (audits, frameworks, improvements) and what interviewers really look for beyond the job description.
Thank you in advance.
