Breast bruise/soreness

I’m going to start by saying I am calling the GP this morning, I’m not looking for a diagnosis 😅

this morning I felt slight pain under my boob and when I looked there is a small red/slightly purple mark/bruise. It feels ever so slightly raised/bumpy but I can’t tell if that is just inflamed sore skin causing this feeling.

i can’t feel a ‘lump’ as such.

had anyone else had something like this? Could it be my sports bra elastic being too tight? It has felt uncomfortable lately and i did wear it for 13 hours straight yesterday.

I would question whether it may be the start of shingles but I am no GP and I hope you get some answers from them and it's nothing to worry about!

Yes it could, but maybe it's not. There is really no other response, because 100% no-one on here could possibly know. I hope your GP can reassure you, it turns out to be nothing and that you can rest easy.

It’s probably bruising from your bra or a sweat rash of some kind.

Thank you

suppose I’m just looking for anyone who has had similar and what it was for them

If your bra has been annoying you and feeling tight and then this bruise/rash has appeared in the same spot then there’s a 99% chance that it’s that.
