To ask if you have had a positive experience with viagogo.

My husband surprised me with tickets to see Take That in the summer, he got the tickets from Viagogo.
Im reading the reviews and they are terrible, tickets not being sent until 15 minutes before the concert, fake tickets, no tickets at all. People are saying they get there money back but I really want to go.
Can anyone reassure me?

I went to see Keane and brought the tickets from via gogo in 2019.
I had no problems at all. Tickets arrived on time.
Take that will be a fabulous night.

I got tickets with them to see oasis and Coldplay last summer. I got the tickets in my Ticketmaster account within 5 mins. My Dh has used them and was more nervous as he was sent a pdf which I guess the person could have sent to many people. He was ok too but got to the gig early to make sure he got in first 😂. Ps take that are amazing. The circus tour was the best so hoping it’s similar this time.

Thanks everyone, It says on the tracking that I’ll receive the tickets near or on the day of the concert. From what I can see nobody has received the tickets for Take That yet as they haven’t been released.
A woman I work with said her sister uses Viagogo a lot and hasn’t had any issues so fingers crossed it’ll be fine.
