To not know what to do about leaky washing machine that might be due to frozen outdoor tap?

So my washing machine was leaking two days ago. I checked the filter on the washer, all fine.

I then remembered that I hadn't shut off the outdoor tap at the end of summer and I'm now worried it may have frozen the pipes and done some damage there causing the leak?!

I can't pull the washer out just yet.

Who should I call? Washer repair man? Plumber?

I'm feeling very fed up of being a grown up!

Where is it leaking from?

hiw much water? Google to make and model number and leaks initially

I couldn't tell where it was leaking from apart from "underneath". I've not been able to pull it out yet but the floor was rather wet!

I will have a go at pulling it out in the morning and googling the make and model and troubleshooting/checking things.
