I lost 10lb first week of 2026 - went full on cardio/weights 💪 and drinking 2 litres on water a day !!

Did 4 sessions of cardio in first week 2026 - 3 sessions weights. Cardio sessions last 30 mins - think 30 mins on X Trainer 💪

So are you pleased with your weight losses the first week of this New Year?

Thank you ! I’m glad I stuck to it ! 💪

cos in my experience- the longer you leave it until after Jan 1st the more difficult it is to stick to it !
