Great. I always try and learn something new. This year I've decided to write a diary and that could be one day a week or month. Done ons so doing well .. also got learn to crochet as back up and got a friend teaching me on Friday....

😂😂 that’s the way to go honestly

poor dd was so overjoyed that our healthy new life is over, we’re both in bed with a sugar crash (she napped earlier so is having a late one)

Didn't make any. January is the absolute worst time to be making changes, trying to lose weight, giving up smoking etc.
It's the depths of winter. It's the exact time need comforts, cosiness, hearty food and a bit of something we enjoy the most.

I really think resolutions should be in early spring, when everyone's feeling a bit lighter and more positive, you want to get out a bit more, and everything already feels fresher and newer. Spring cleaning stuck, why not our resolutions too?

Same goes for new year TBH. Why the fuck is it in January? It should March. We don't need another celebration right after after Christmas and spring just makes so much more sense.

So basically, fuck that and enjoy your doughnuts.

I'm maybe 30% on track with mine this week. Didn't make any resolutions to diet as I don't have any weight to lose but I did want to get back into regular exercise because I let that slip in December. But it is just too bloody cold and dark and I am too tired to go to an evening class. So I managed two out of five this week.

I am reading a few pages of my book every night. That's on track..
I'm ever so slightly behind on my creative goals but I still have time to catch up over the weekend.

Overall, not great but not terrible.

Mostly okay, only set 3 small achievable ones - read more, build on my strength training and spend less time on my phone. So far so good. All 3 of them are just about making small changes, no big overhauls here.
