Relocation to La

Hello we are relocating to LA with children and we want to rent at first a three bedroom but my husband needs to be close to Cedar Sinai.

We have narrowed down three public schools Overland Avenue Elementary and Clover Avenue Elementary but we have also heard of Horace Mann in the Beverly Hills district. We’re unclear on what schools we should aim for in terms of providing the right community setting for our family but also nothing unrealistic in terms of price range where we feel we need to rent? Any suggestions.

Anywhere around Figueroa Street in south LA would be an ideal location. I also like West Adams as well.

Another question does is there a big difference between the Overland Avenue Elementary and Horace Mann ? As the ration for is 1:24 and 1:14 respectively just wondering what community would be best to live in for a non working parent and medic parent.
