I received a Christmas goody bag from a friend I've known since our teens. She gave me a bottle of Chardonnay (I don't drink it, but she doesn't drink alcohol at all so she probably wouldn't know, she just sees me drinking white wine), some books, some fluffy leopard print socks and some gloves. It was freezing this morning so I took the gloves out from the Christmas bag. They are ratty, clearly used, bobbly ... I think they are her own and just fell into the bag. Well I hope that they weren't meant as a present!
The 'U' is for ungrateful not unreasonable, because they might have been meant as a present!
