Help with New Year’s resolutions

As part of my resolutions I want to consistently look more out together rather than always just being in joggers/pjs/leggings.

I WFH and genuinely can’t be bothered at all. I have everything I need (including nice designer clothes!) but I just never see the point of wearing them (or even makeup for that matter)

So AIBU to get your tips to get out of this vicious cycle?

When I WFH I never bothered getting dressed up and mainly lived in leggings and sweatshirts because I wanted to be comfy. But I’d always get up, shower, do my hair and put make up on because it made me feel more put together and ready to start the day. Plus if I did need to nip out I was ready to go. Could you start there and maybe factor the clothes in later? It does seem daft to get dressed up in formal clothes and designer wear to sit at home.

I guess the problem is that I even wear my PJs to go out… (like the school / shop run).

I go through phases of caring a bit more doing more but I really struggle (and always have)
