I keep seeing this pop up on my feeds and interested to know if anyone has one and are they any good? It is a lot of money but I am trying to increase my fitness and hence it appealed but I am not sure if it is a waste of money. Thanks!

I do weights and rowing machine in the morning but the magic AI mirror has cardio, Pilates, strength etc and personal programmes apparently. It looks good but not sure if it is more of a gimmick?

A friend has one (Christmas present) says she thinks it’s really good, but on further questioning she hasn’t actually used it yet. Next week keeps being mentioned…..
Its a hell of a lot of money to just sit in the corner of a room looking pretty.
Personally, i suppose its a good idea if you have a lot of self motivation, as it supposed to score/encourage correct posture and practice, but then if you have the motivation to do exercise anyway, I don’t think it adds anything versus the sheer cost of buying and the subscription cost. Then again it could be viewed as something you will use an enjoy so worth the cost a bit like enjoying using a concept rower (££) versus buying a cheaper rowing machine, just because you want it. Both do the same job, but one is nicer and to an individual more desirable. Otherwise it’s probably better to find a friend who will go to classes/gym/out for a walk etc to encourage you to actually do some form of exercise.
Sorry, probably not helped!
