Daughters upset tummy

Not a poo troll just concerned about my dd’s bowels! She is 3 and came home from nursery on Tuesday with new pants on as she’d had a loose poo they said. Since then she has had repeated loose movements and some explosive farts! Sorry if TMI. She is also getting frequent stains in her pants which isn’t like her.
Initially thought it could be the start of noro or something but she has had no vomiting, no loss of appetite and has been otherwise totally fit and well. She doesn’t seem unwell within herself at all.
Does this sound like a bug? In my experience they are usually intense but short lived whereas this is the opposite - prolonged but not that bad other than the bowel movements. It’s been 4 days now.

Sounds like a bug. Hopefully she’s well again soon.

Could she have an intolerance to something? Sounds counterintuitive but constipation actually has symptoms like this. The bowel gets compacted then leaks. See Dr and get tummy felt.

When she was younger she had CMPA but she grew out of it and no known allergies since. She hasn’t eaten anything new that I’m aware of either. The constipation leaks I’m aware of as my older dc had this but she is pooing regularly.

You can develop an intolerance at any point so I'd maybe look at keeping a food diary anyway.

With it being Xmas etc has she been having more sweets etc? My eldest gets loose poos whenever she eats too much rubbish 🙈
