Removal of thread/spider vains on legs possible/successful?

I have a few thread vains at the back of one of my thighs and they have been bothering me for a few years now. I have been thinking about getting them removed. Has anyone done this before. If so could you give me an idea of the succes/treatment and if its safe/worth it etc.

I haven't had veins done myself, but if they are smaller one, they can inject a solution to remove them. I'd go to a proper aesthetics clinic with a qualified clinician- not a beauty shop with an ad hoc 'practitioner' visiting.

Thread veins adds treatable with Sclerotherapy. Injectable sclero is better than lasers.
