We got my daughter 'the other phone' for Xmas as liked the look of the safety features etc but finding it totally unusable... 3 adults, who are pretty tech savvy, have spent a total of 8 hours over past few days trying to get it to work but it's either glitching and circling around a default home screen or none of the apps will open, including simple games like tetris. I don't if it's just so secure it's unusable but somehow whatsapp, which I didn't necessarily want her to have, is the only thing that works.
Has anyone else managed to get it to function? It's driving me round the bend and I'm usually good with tech. Don't know whether to just give up and get a normal android but can't get through to anyone in customer services about returning it either. Aaaaagggghhhhh.
