seriously - what is ACTUALLY going on here?
To burn through this many staff, something has to be fundamentally broken. But what?
Theory 1: They’re impossibly demanding bosses - unrealistic expectations, constant changes, no boundaries between work and personal life
Theory 2: Staff are being put in ethically compromising positions - asked to lie, spin stories, or do things that conflict with their professional integrity
Theory 3: The “workshy” rumors are true - maybe the staff are actually expected to do all the heavy lifting while the principals don’t pull their weight but still expect results and publicity
Or is it something else entirely? Bad chemistry? Impossible to please? A revolving door that’s now self-perpetuating because nobody good wants to touch it?
What do you think ? Have you seen this pattern elsewhere? What makes the most sense?

I think they want to have royal type profiles and expect a publicist to make that happen. Unfortunately for them they're becoming less and less relevant so that's become something of an impossible task and they need the the money to maintain the lifestyle so they're getting a bit desperate. If they'd actually wanted a quiet life away from the spotlight they'd be fine.

maybe working for H&M is good for the CV and so people working for them are head hunter or go on to bigger things because they boost CVs

I think she is someone who lovebombs a new employee at the beginning but turns on them quickly. I think he is hapless. Intellectually, I imagine she can run rings around him so he probably sits back.and let's it happen without much input.

As they keep making the same gaffes, over exposure, cringe worthy material/content and tone deaf interviews, they are clearly not taking on advice or expert opinion.

They really need to shut up shop, stop doing interviews, television shows, fashion shows, the opening of envelopes. If they step out of the limelight to raise their family for a few years behind the scenes, I think there will be more respect for them.

It is a dead mend job that people apply for for the wrong reasons and jump ship as soon as they get something better.
